Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Human Resources Intern to join our team. The Intern will assist the Human Resources department in various administrative tasks and projects. Assist in periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately. Other duties assigned by HR leadership. Qualifications Qualifications: Current enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Prior internship or work experience in HR is preferred but not required. Knowledge of California labor laws and regulations is a plus.
