Position Overview:
Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking an recent graduate or early career HR professional with HRIS, onboarding, employee records, and complinace experience. HR Assistant for one of their valued clients in California. This role is designed to support the HR department with essential administrative functions and ensure the smooth operation of HR processes. Bachelor's degree required.
Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative support to the HR team by assisting with daily HR activities and functions.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records and databases.
  • Coordinating and scheduling interviews and meetings as required.
  • Assisting with the onboarding process for new hires, including preparation of new hire packets and conducting orientations.
  • Supporting benefits administration and answering employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Assisting in the preparation of HR reports and documents as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree is required.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS ADP, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Required Work Hours:
Monday - Friday, during the first shift.
