Work You'll Do

  • Support clients in the design, build, testing, and deployment of Workday integrations across Workday and third-party systems.
  • Gather and analyze business, functional, and technical requirements and translate them into scalable integration solutions.
  • Configure and support inbound, outbound, and bi-directional integrations using Workday integration technologies and related tools.
  • Partner with functional, technical, and client stakeholders to define integration architecture, data mappings, transformation rules, and error-handling approaches.
  • Lead or support discovery sessions, design workshops, and working sessions with client teams to align integration requirements with overall Workday solution design.
  • Troubleshoot integration defects, data issues, and system errors; perform root-cause analysis and recommend corrective actions.
  • Support unit testing, end-to-end testing, user acceptance testing, and deployment activities for integration workstreams.
  • Prepare and maintain design documents, technical specifications, test scripts, deployment documentation, and knowledge-transfer materials.
  • Manage day-to-day workstream activities, escalate risks and dependencies, and contribute to overall project planning and status reporting.
  • Contribute to reusable assets, delivery methods, and best practices while building strong client relationships across engagements

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • Ability to obtain and maintain required Workday certifications
  • 2+ years of experience supporting the design, development, testing, or deployment of Workday integrations
  • 2+ years of experience with one or more Workday integration technologies such as EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, BIRT, or Workday web services/APIs
  • 2+ years of experience gathering business and technical requirements and translating them into integration designs, mappings, and technical specifications
  • 2+ years of experience working directly with client stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams in a consulting or project-based environment
  • Ability to travel 0-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
