Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is searching for an Integration Product Manager in Tarrytown, NY.
Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Integration Product Manager to lead the design and delivery of Workday integrations with external systems. This role partners closely with HRIS and business teams to translate requirements into scalable, secure integration solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
* Lead end-to-end Workday integration delivery (design, build, implementation, support)
* Gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions
* Develop integrations using Workday Studio, EIBs, and Core Connectors
* Build and maintain APIs (REST/SOAP) and custom reports
* Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues
* Ensure data security, compliance, and proper user access
* Support testing efforts (unit and QA)
* Document requirements, designs, and solutions
* Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors
REQUIREMENTS:
* 6+ years of Workday integration experience
* Strong expertise in Workday HCM and integration tools (Studio, EIBs, Connectors)
* Experience with inbound and outbound integrations
* Knowledge of APIs (REST/SOAP), XML, and XSLT
* Familiarity with calculated fields and Workday security
* Experience with tools such as Studio, Postman, or SOAP UI
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
