Summary
The Property and Casualty Insurance Producer at Centered Insurance Partners is responsible for aggressively developing and managing an active sales pipeline through prospect outreach, client engagement, and comprehensive risk assessments. This role requires a strategic approach to cross-selling products tailored to client needs and collaborating with technical specialists to secure and retain business.
Scope
The primary focus of this role is generating new sales to both existing and prospective clients. Success will be measured by the ability to win and retain new business while meeting or exceeding defined sales targets related to revenue growth, business diversification, and penetration into industry-specific markets.
Responsibilities
Sales Process
• Prepare proposals and presentations utilizing marketing resources, practice groups, and collaboration with other producers.
• Design tailored sales strategies and develop unique sales programs for prospects.
• Align individual client sales strategies with overall business objectives.
• Conduct thorough needs analysis and risk assessments to identify unique client coverage needs.
• Provide consultative advice in key risk areas.
• Identify and close potential cross-selling opportunities.
Client Management
• Maintain consistent, high-quality communication with clients through phone and face-to-face interactions.
• Advocate for clients during the claims process.
• Participate in stewardship meetings to evaluate and enhance service delivery.
• Support the Client Management team in identifying and executing rounding opportunities.
Pipeline Management
• Identify prospects among existing and prospective clients.
• Cultivate relationships with individuals responsible for insurance and risk management decisions.
• Obtain referral leads from current clients.
• Actively seek and pursue cross-selling opportunities.
• Engage in community and professional associations to build a network.
Qualifications
• Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree in a related field preferred.
• Valid state-relevant insurance license(s) (if applicable).
• Minimum of 5 years of proven property and casualty insurance sales experience.
• Demonstrated success in pipeline development and delivery of effective sales strategies, establishing a reputation as a client-centric professional.
• Comprehensive understanding of sales principles, marketing strategies, and the technical aspects of insurance and risk management products.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to think critically and logically.
• Proven ability to work strategically and decisively in a client-centric environment under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and oral) and strong interpersonal abilities.
