Job description

We are looking for a talented and detail-orientedย Graphic Designerย to join our creative team part-time (25 hours per week), with the potential to grow into a full-time opportunity.

This role is ideal for a designer who enjoys bringing brands to life through thoughtful design, understands the importance of consistency, and has experience creating both static and motion-based content. The primary focus of this position will be supporting production needs, ensuring brand standards are implemented accurately, and helping deliver high-quality creative work across print, digital, social, and web platforms.

The right candidate is organized, collaborative, detail-focused, and comfortable working within established brand systems while applying strong design judgment. We are seeking someone who is consistently available 5 hours per day ( 9 to 2 EST), and who is located in the Eastern Standard time zone in order to coordinate internal and external meetings and deadlines. All candidates will be asked to provide a link to their portfolio, professional references, and confirmation of their scheduling availability. We look forward to hearing from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the creative team with ongoing production design needs
  • Accurately implement brand guidelines across print, digital, social media, and marketing materials
  • Ensure consistency, quality, and attention to detail across all deliverables
  • Prepare production-ready files for print and digital applications
  • Adapt existing creative concepts into multiple formats and platforms
  • Manage design updates, revisions, and ongoing brand-related projects
  • Create motion graphics, animations, and video edits for digital content
  • Support the development of social media assets, including short-form video and animated content
  • Assist with website and digital design projects using Figma
  • Collaborate with creative leadership and project teams to meet deadlines and maintain quality standards
  • Maintain organized files and follow established creative workflows

Requirements

    • 3+ years of professional graphic design experience
    • Strong understanding of typography, layout, color, composition, and visual hierarchy
    • Ability to work within established brand guidelines with accuracy and consistency
    • Strong production skills and excellent attention to detail
    • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, including:
      • Adobe Illustrator
      • Adobe Photoshop
      • Adobe InDesign
      • Adobe After Effects and/or Premiere Pro
    • Experience creating motion graphics, animations, and video edits
    • Proficiency in Figma for digital design, collaboration, and presentation
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a remote environment
    • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with a remote team

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in an agency or fast-paced creative environment
  • Experience supporting established brands and large-scale marketing campaigns
  • Understanding of digital design systems and responsive web design
  • Experience preparing files for print production
  • Knowledge of animation principles and video storytelling
  • Ability to identify design or production issues before they impact timelines

Benefits

This part time role is eligible for pro-rated paid time off benefits. The part-time salary range for this position is $35,000 to $40,000, with salary commensurate with skills and experience.
