Job Description

Reporting to the Director of Revenue Management & eCommerce, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:ย ย ย ย 

  • Lead and manage all aspects of the Reservations department and ensure all service standards are followed
  • Manage and coordinate all group and individual reservations
  • Maintain close liaison with the Sales, Conference, and Accounting teams
  • Produce daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports as required
  • Maximize revenues by ensuring all Reservation Agents are knowledgeable in room product and hotel services
Qualifications
  • Previous leadership experience in a similar role required
  • Previous Property Manager System (Opera) experience preferred
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Window applications required
  • Previous experience within group and tour markets preferred
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to work cohesively as part of a team
  • Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
