This natural multi-tasker pulls together all the necessary pieces to ensure that group reservations are smoothly executed from the initial inquiry to checkout and billing. Communicating effectively with multiple hotel departments and clients alike, a Group Rooms Coordinator exemplifies strong interpersonal and customer service skills. The team member in this position embraces and embodies warmth, hospitality, and professionalism.

Requested Tasks

  • Work closely with clients and the hotel sales team to establish and oversee group room blocks.
  • Create reservation booking links and manage call-in reservations for group blocks.
  • Set up accurate billing for group reservations
  • Generate reservations reports for clients and hotel sales team
  • Assist hotel operations team in blocking rooms for guest arrivals
  • Ensure Accurate processing of invoices and resolve discrepancies
