Job description

Summary:

At The Sebastian Vail, we're looking for a proactive and organized Residence Club Assistant Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll support in setting and implementing goals, policies, and procedures for our Residence Club. You'll engage with Owners, manage pre-arrival communication, coordinate with Housekeeping, and ensure the overall cleanliness and organization of the club.

Employment Type: Full Time, Year Round

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assists with the development and implementation of goals, objectives, policies, procedures and work standards for the Residence Club.
  • Identifies Owner needs and provides information regarding policies, services and amenities.
  • Responsible for sending pre-arrival letters and maintaining arrival spreadsheets.
  • Coordinates with Housekeeping in regard to early/late guests, VIP’s and group activity.
  • Ensure Owners’ Lounge and all Residence Club grounds are kept neat and tidy.
  • Ensure Owners’ Lounge is stocked with proper items on a daily basis.
  • Maintain and update inventory of Owner Storage on property.
  • Assists the Manager in implementing rental release procedures and ability to release units into the program.
  • Assists the Manager in Residence and room details as well as Club Access Rules and Regulations in order to process reservation requests or cancellations if needed.
  • Notifies engineering of areas needing maintenance.
  • Assists in resolving Owner complaints/queries satisfactorily while maintaining a courteous and helpful demeanor.
  • Contributes to the efficiency and effectiveness of the Residence Club’s service to its Owners by offering suggestions or guidance on Residence Club topics.
  • Demonstrates courteous and cooperative behavior when interacting with public and staff; acts in a manner that promotes a harmonious and effective workplace environment.
  • Presents one’s self in a professional and courteous manner when speaking with Owners and Hotel guests
  • Makes it a point to get to know Owners, their friends and family members.
