Join our amazing team at the Holiday Inn Express and SuitesWheat Ridge-Denver West as our Hotel Sales Manager. This position offers a salary of $50,000 to $55,000 plus quarterly bonus potential.

The hotel sales manager is responsible for maximizing hotel revenue by developing and executing strategic sales plans, building relationships with clients, negotiating contracts, securing bookings, group reservations, and corporate contracts, all while aiming to meet or exceed occupancy and revenue targets through proactive sales initiatives and market analysis.

  • Creating and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue goals, including identifying target markets, analyzing market trends,and developing sales campaigns.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, including corporate accounts, event planners, and travel agencies, to secure repeat business and referrals.
  • Proactively prospecting for new business through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
  • Negotiating contract terms and rates with clients to ensure profitable agreements.
  • Analyzing sales data to identify trends, forecast future sales, and track performance against targets.
  • Working closely with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies, operations team to ensure smooth event execution, and front desk to manage guest inquiries.
