Recent Bachelors or Masters should be completed. With little experience handling complaints.
  • The role works directly on the backend of complaint handling and investigations throughout the complaint lifecycle.
  • Responsibilities include end-to-end complaint handling, investigations, documentation, and regulatory reporting support.
  • Some knowledge on Medical Device Report (MDR) or FDA and investigation reporting processes will be great.
