Familiarity with industry-specific software, data analysis tools, or project management systems is often expected depending on your discipline. Strong communication, teamwork, and adaptability help you integrate quickly and contribute effectively to projects. These skills and qualities are essential for gaining practical experience, building professional relationships, and smoothly transitioning into a full-time role after graduation.
