What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a Co Op Graduate, and why are they important?

Familiarity with industry-specific software, data analysis tools, or project management systems is often expected depending on your discipline. Strong communication, teamwork, and adaptability help you integrate quickly and contribute effectively to projects.
