About the role
We're looking for a highly organized and execution-oriented Field Marketing Coordinator to help scale our event and conference program across the country. You'll join the Sales organization and work directly with the VP of Sales, executive leadership, and cross-functional teams to execute field marketing initiatives that drive pipeline, customer engagement, and brand awareness.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced startup environments, enjoys owning logistics and operations, and can balance detailed execution with strategic thinking. You'll be responsible for helping the company show up professionally and effectively at 80+ events annually while ensuring lead tracking and post-event processes run smoothly.
What you'll do
  • Coordinate and execute 80+ conferences, trade shows, and industry events annually
  • Manage event registrations, sponsorship deliverables, and speaking engagement logistics
  • Submit speaking proposals, session abstracts, and event materials on behalf of company executives including the CEO, COO, and VP of Sales
  • Plan customer dinners, happy hours, and VIP networking events around key conferences
  • Manage relationships with warehousing and shipping partners to ensure event materials arrive on time
  • Coordinate return shipping, inventory management, and event logistics post-conference
  • Maintain a centralized tracking system for conferences, attendees, timelines, and coverage gaps
  • Partner with Sales leadership on booth engagement strategy and event success planning
  • Create and manage Salesforce campaigns for all field marketing events
  • Upload and organize attendee and registration lists in Salesforce and Mobly
  • Ensure leads are accurately tracked, routed, and synced between Mobly and Salesforce
  • Assist with planning company events including Revenue Kickoff and semi-annual Sales QBRs
  • Support post-event reporting and operational follow-up processes

Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, marketing operations, or a related role
  • Experience working in Salesforce
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and executive leadership
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Ability to travel as needed for conferences and company events

Nice-to-Haves
  • Experience using Mobly or similar event lead management tools
  • Previous experience supporting high-volume event programs

Compensation
