AtWork Personnel is seeking a motivated and results-driven Staffing Account Manager to join our internal team in Dallas, TX.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in recruiting, client relationship management, and sales within the staffing or workforce solutions industry. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, driving new business, and recruiting top talent to meet client needs.Key Responsibilities
Account Management:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
  • Conduct regular check-ins to ensure client satisfaction and identify new opportunities
  • Manage job orders and ensure timely fulfillment of staffing needs
  • Drive account growth by increasing business revenue and expanding workforce headcount
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to deepen client partnerships
  • Collaborate with recruiting and sales teams to scale staffing solutions based on client demand
  • Monitor account performance metrics and implement strategies to improve retention and growth
Recruiting:
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of positions
  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through job boards, referrals, and networking
  • Coordinate onboarding, background checks, and drug screenings
  • Match candidates to client requirements and ensure a positive experience
Sales & Business Development:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the local market
