Overview:

We are seeking a customer-focused Staffing Account Manager to manage and grow existing client relationships while ensuring successful delivery of staffing services. The Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, partnering closely with recruiting and delivery teams to meet workforce needs and drive account expansion.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day relationships with assigned staffing clients

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for hiring managers, HR, and procurement teams

  • Gather and understand client staffing requirements and workforce needs

  • Coordinate with recruiting teams to ensure timely delivery of qualified candidates

  • Manage job requisitions, candidate submissions, interviews, and placements

  • Monitor consultant performance, client satisfaction, and assignment extensions

  • Identify opportunities to expand accounts through additional roles or services

  • Support contract renewals, rate negotiations, and issue resolution

  • Ensure compliance with client, contractual, and company policies
