Associate IS Network Engineer
What you will do
Let's do this. Let's change the world. In this vital role you will work with a team of talented network engineers and architects, who are accountable for security, compliance, and performance. You will also collaborate with other IT teams, such as Data Center Operations, Information Security, Service Management, and Internal Business Partners, to ensure alignment and integration of network solutions with business objectives. You will also support vendor relationships, contracts, and service-level agreements.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain our complex network infrastructure, including routing, switching, WANs, wireless, IPAM, DNS, and DHCP.
  • Configure and troubleshoot Infoblox appliances and F5 load balancers.
  • Monitor network performance and proactively identify and resolve potential issues.
  • Implement and maintain network automation solutions to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
  • Stay up to date on the latest network technologies and trends.
  • Document network configurations and procedures.
  • Proactively identify and address potential network issues, providing solutions and recommendations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Travel: Domestic and international travel up to 15% may be essential

What we expect of you

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
OR
Associate's degree and 4 years of Information Systems experience
Or
High school diploma / GED and 6 years of Information Systems experience
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of Routing, Switching, WAN and SD-WAN, Wireless, Infoblox, and F5s.
  • Experience with network automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Puppet, Terraform) is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of AI/ML concepts and their application in network operations is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The expected annual salary range for this role in the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico) is posted. Actual salary will vary based on several factors including but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
