Global Program Manager Jobs in New York (NOW HIRING)

Responsible for the dedicated management, operational oversight, and success of a large, complex customer program, focusing on efficient service delivery, customer satisfaction, and value optimization. This role requires a hands-on leader with a strong background in program management, customer service, and team leadership to ensure efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction.

• Program Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of a single, complex customer program, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
• Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships and resolve customer issues.
• Operational Efficiency: Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs within the program.
• Team Management: Directly manage, develop, and support the team responsible for delivering services to the customer, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Performance Metrics: Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure program goals are met.
• Issue Resolution: Identify and address operational issues within the program, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all program activities.
• Financial Management: Support P&L, revenue, and profit targets under leadership guidance.
• Value Realization: Align delivery and adoption with strategic goals to drive measurable client outcomes.

In accordance with applicable law, we are providing the anticipated annual rate for this role: $96,880 - 133,030/ year This position will be fully remote. Hours: 6:00am – 3:00pm

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience required, plus 9 years of related experience.
• Management experience in Technology or Professional Services industry.
• Previous P&L responsibility, prior experience in a customer service environment.
• Customer Success experience preferred.
• Requires leadership ability, strong interpersonal and communications skills, and public speaking skills.
