Trident Consulting is seeking a " Global Mobility & Immigration Partner " for one of our client in " Remote " A global leader in business and technology services.
Position: Global Mobility & Immigration Partner
Location: Remote (US East Coast)
Employment Type: Contract (W2)
Pay Rate: $50/hr - $58/hr on W2
Duration: 6 Months

  • Schedule: 8AM to 5PM (1hr lunch break)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Global Mobility & Immigration Partner to support global mobility operations with a focus on EMEA and APAC regions. The role involves managing immigration processes, employee relocations, cross-border travel, and international transfers while partnering with HR, Talent Acquisition, Legal, Payroll, and Tax teams to ensure compliance and a seamless employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage global immigration and visa processes for international employees.
  • Support cross-border travel, international transfers, and employee relocation programs.
  • Review and process mobility requests while ensuring policy and compliance requirements are met.
  • Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, Legal, Payroll, Tax, and other stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate case documentation and provide guidance on immigration and mobility matters.
  • Utilize Workday, ServiceNow, and other HR systems to manage employee requests.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, International Relations, Law, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Global Mobility, Corporate Immigration, or International HR.
  • Strong knowledge of global immigration and mobility processes.
  • Experience with Workday, ServiceNow, Google Workspace (G Suite), and Slack.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working in a corporate HR environment.
  • Global Mobility Specialist (Client) certification is a plus.
