What We Need:

The Immigration Manager is a leading performer that manages immigration and mobility projects and processes for the organization. This role works closely with Legal, HR, and other departments to facilitate the hiring and ongoing employment of foreign nationals and expatriates, ensuring compliance with immigration and mobility laws and regulations.ย 

What You'll Do:

Proactively monitor changes in U.S. and global immigration laws and regulations, translating requirements into compliant, practical policies and procedures.

Lead the end-to-end preparation, review, and submission of visa petitions, work permits, and related immigration documentation for foreign national employees.

Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and leadership on immigration strategies, visa options, eligibility requirements, and risk considerations.

Regularly report out to HR and leadership on current sponsorship KPI's, regulatory changes, and upcoming immigration calendar activities.

Apply strong technical, operational, and process expertise paired with creative problem-solving to resolve complex and time-sensitive immigration issues.

Ensure all immigration filings are accurate, complete, and submitted within required timelines to maintain full regulatory compliance.

Conduct regular audits and internal reviews to ensure adherence to immigration laws, policies, and record-keeping standards.

Communicate immigration policies, procedural updates, and regulatory changes clearly to HR partners, leadership, hiring managers, and impacted employees.

Design and deliver training for HR and hiring managers on immigration compliance, processes, and best practices.

Partner closely with internal legal teams and external immigration counsel to manage escalations and address or non-standard cases.

Oversee comprehensive immigration and global mobility case management, including tracking visa expirations, renewals, status changes, and related employee movements.

Collaborate directly with employees to collect documentation and guide them through immigration and mobility processes with professionalism and discretion.

Manage International SOS services, ensuring appropriate coordination and support for globally mobile employees.

Perform additional duties as required to support business continuity and organizational objectives.

What You Have:

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent education and/or experience.

6-8 years relevant experience or equivalent education and/or experience.

1-3 years of management experience.
