You'll serve as the go-to expert, helping people make sense of their employer mobility policies and navigate their relocation journey. From coordinating services and suppliers to answering questions with confidence, you'll turn what could be chaos into calm. You'll learn each client's needs and help make the whole process feel easy, personal, and seamless.

If you're organized, people-savvy, and love managing moving pieces (literally), we think you'll thrive here.

Essential Functions

  • Serve as the main point of contact for relocating employees and clients.
  • Interpret benefits and advise employees on policies, timelines, expenses, and resources.
  • Coordinate relocation and supplier services, ensuring efficiency, quality, and alignment with benefit packages.
  • Adapt to client culture and collaborate with your team to enhance service delivery and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Self-directed and effective working both independently and collaboratively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Proactive problem-solving skills with the ability to respond resourcefully to new challenges
  • Eagerness to learn new software and systems
  • Familiarity with relocation or mobility services a plus

Compensation and Benefits Summary

This role offers a salary range of $53,000 – $66,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.

In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for:

  • Annual discretionary profit-sharing bonus
  • Paid floating holiday
  • 401(k) retirement contributions

General Benefits

  • Multiple medical plan options with a significant portion of premiums paid by the company
  • Dental and vision coverage
  • Health Savings Account (HSA) with employer contributions
  • Paid Time Off (PTO) and paid volunteer hours
  • Company-paid life, AD&D, short- and long-term disability insurance
  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
  • Wellness incentives and strengths-based development culture
  • Flexible work options (hybrid)
