Job description

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Global Mobility Specialist to join a global corporation in Salt Lake City, UT.

This position offers hybrid working.


Responsibilities:

  • Respond to incoming inquiries from assignees and manage appropriately
  • Provide daily support to the international assignment management team
  • Ensure internal system is kept up to date with relevant data such as expatriate documentation as per company policy and procedures
  • Review cost estimates and ensure accuracy
  • Liaise with third party vendors for various services including immigration and tax


Requirements:

  • 2+ years International Assignment/Global Mobility, Human Resources or Relocation experience
  • Ability to provide high levels of customer service to employees
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Strong IT skills including Microsoft Suite
