Job description

The Global Compensation & Mobility Analyst supports the design, analysis, and delivery of Pizza Hut's global compensation programs. This role partners closely with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and business leaders to develop market-informed compensation recommendations that support hiring, retention, and organizational growth.

The ideal candidate enjoys working with data, solving complex compensation challenges, and building programs that are both competitive and scalable. While the primary focus is compensation design and analytics, this role also supports executive compensation activities and coordinates the administration of Pizza Hut's global mobility program.

Preferred Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field preferred. 
  • Three or more years of experience in compensation, Total Rewards, HR analytics, or a related field. 
  • Experience supporting compensation benchmarking, market pricing, salary structure development, or compensation design preferred. 
  • Experience working within a global organization preferred. 
  • Exposure to global mobility programs is a plus. 

Preferred Technical Skills

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis, modeling, and reporting. 
  • Experience with HRIS, compensation, or market pricing platforms (such as ADP, MarketPay, Mercer WIN, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar systems) preferred. 
  • Experience creating dashboards and translating data into meaningful business insights.

Salary Range: $80,300 to $94,300 annually + bonus eligibility. This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider the successful candidate's location, experience, and other job-related factors.

Compensation Design & Market Analysis

  • Conduct market pricing and benchmarking using external compensation surveys and market data. 
  • Support the development and maintenance of global salary structures, pay ranges, and compensation models. 
  • Analyze compensation competitiveness and provide recommendations aligned with Pizza Hut's compensation philosophy. 
  • Partner with HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition to develop compensation recommendations for new hires, promotions, transfers, and organizational changes. 

Job Architecture & Leveling

  • Support the administration and evolution of Pizza Hut's global job architecture framework. 
  • Evaluate and level positions using established methodologies and market data. 
  • Partner with HR Business Partners to review job descriptions and ensure alignment with job architecture and market practices. 
  • Maintain job architecture documentation and support ongoing governance. 

Annual Compensation Programs

  • Support the planning and execution of annual compensation processes, including merit planning and incentive programs. 
  • Assist with compensation modeling, data validation, reporting, and system testing. 
  • Help identify opportunities to improve compensation processes and user experience. 

Executive Compensation Support

  • Assist with executive compensation benchmarking, analyses, and reporting. 
  • Support the development of executive compensation recommendations through market research and data analysis. 
  • Prepare materials and analyses to support leadership discussions. 

Global Mobility Coordination

  • Coordinate day-to-day administration of Pizza Hut's global mobility program. 
  • Prepare assignment letters, relocation cost estimates, and supporting documentation. 
  • Coordinate with third-party providers and internal partners to facilitate employee relocations and international assignments. 
  • Maintain mobility records, reporting, and documentation while ensuring a positive employee experience. 

Data Analytics & Insights

  • Develop dashboards, reports, and compensation analyses that support informed business decisions. 
  • Use market data and internal workforce insights to identify trends and tell a compelling story through data. 
  • Translate complex analyses into practical recommendations for HR and business leaders. 

Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Build strong partnerships across HR, Finance, Talent Acquisition, and business leadership. 
  • Support special compensation projects and broader Total Rewards initiatives. 
  • Collaborate closely with the Americas Compensation Analyst to share knowledge, provide cross-coverage, and promote consistent compensation practices across the team.
