Location: Remote
Type: Contract
Rate: $58/hr on w2
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Global Mobility & Immigration Partner to support global mobility operations with a primary focus on EMEA and APAC regions. This role is responsible for managing immigration, international mobility, and cross-border travel programs while partnering closely with HR, Talent Acquisition, Legal, Tax, Payroll, and other internal stakeholders to ensure compliance and deliver an exceptional employee experience.
Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the subject matter expert for global immigration matters across EMEA and APAC, while providing support for the Americas as needed.
  • Manage candidate immigration assessments, visa applications, and work authorization processes.
  • Support global mobility programs, including international transfers, cross-border travel, and flexible work arrangements.
  • Review and manage employee mobility requests from initiation through completion, ensuring appropriate approvals and compliance.
  • Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, Legal, Corporate Tax, Payroll, and Global Security teams to facilitate mobility and immigration processes.
  • Ensure compliance with global immigration laws, policies, and internal procedures.
  • Coordinate with external immigration vendors and legal counsel as required.
  • Maintain accurate case documentation and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
  • Support continuous improvement of global mobility policies, processes, and employee experience.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, International Relations, Law, or a related field.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in Corporate Immigration and Global Mobility.
  • Strong knowledge of global immigration regulations and visa processes.
  • Hands-on experience managing cross-border mobility, including international transfers and flexible work arrangements.
  • Experience collaborating with HR, Talent Acquisition, Legal, Payroll, and Tax teams.
  • Proficiency with Workday, ServiceNow, Slack, and Google Workspace (G Suite).
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced global environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working within a multinational corporate environment.
  • Global Mobility Specialist (Client) certification is a plus.
  • Experience managing immigration vendors and external legal counsel.
  • Strong knowledge of global mobility compliance and international assignment policies.
