Your opportunity 

  • Serve as subject matter expert and end-to-end administrator for Global Mobility and Immigration programs across North America, EMEA, and APAC, including full lifecycle management of international assignments (assignment letters, cost estimates, immigration coordination, policy adherence, and repatriation).
  • Ensure global regulatory compliance and implement controls to mitigate legal, financial, and operational risk across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Oversee global mobility programs (assignments, transfers, domestic relocations, cross-border work) and manage external vendors (immigration counsel, relocation providers), ensuring strong performance, service delivery, and a seamless employee experience.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders (Tax, Compensation, Benefits, Travel & Expense, Payroll, Finance, Legal, Recruiting) and HR to coordinate assignments/moves, resolve issues, and drive policy understanding and adherence globally.
  • Own Global Mobility and Immigration program financials and reporting, including invoicing, cost estimates and tracking, immigration status, and mobility activity metrics.
  • Maintain and continuously enhance Global Mobility and Immigration policies and documentation, ensuring alignment with regulatory and business changes.
  • Support strategic initiatives (e.g., workforce planning, M&A) and Global Benefits team priorities as needed.

Must have skills

  • Expert knowledge of U.S. immigration programs (e.g., H1B, L1, PERM, green card) with hands-on compliance and case management; working knowledge of EMEA frameworks required.
  • Experience managing global mobility and immigration caseloads, including international assignments, cross-border transfers, and domestic relocations.
  • Knowledge of global mobility components and best practices.
  • Ability to manage multi-jurisdictional compliance and risk, ensuring adherence to global regulatory requirements.
  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with the ability to partner effectively across HR, Legal, Tax, Payroll, and business leaders.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and resolve complex issues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.

Nice to have skills

  • Experience with APAC and EMEA immigration and mobility programs, including familiarity with regional requirements.
  • Experience supporting M&A or organizational change, including mobility/immigration due diligence and integration.
  • Familiarity with mobility technology platforms (e.g., case management tools, tracking systems, HRIS).
  • Experience developing or enhancing global mobility policies and programs, including process optimization.
  • Exposure to vendor selection, governance, or program optimization initiatives, including RFPs or cost management.
  • Relevant certifications or professional affiliations (e.g., GMS, CRP, SHRM, or similar).

Compensation information

The base salary range for this position is $100,000-$120,000. This range is estimated for this role.This role will remain open through July 31, 2026.
