Job description

Position Summary...We are seeking a Senior Manager of Shopper Funnel Health to drive growth in the number of members shopping online and increase repeat engagement. This leader will own the end-to-end health of the digital shopping funnel—from visit to conversion to retention—and ensure a steady increase in active and returning eCommerce members.What you'll do...
  • Own the strategy to improve funnel conversion and repeat shopping behavior
  • Analyze funnel performance (traffic, conversion, frequency, retention) to identify gaps and opportunities
  • Partner with Marketing, Membership, Product, and Analytics teams to drive acquisition and engagement strategies
  • Develop initiatives to increase first-time online purchases and reduce friction in the shopping journey
  • Build programs to improve retention, repeat purchase frequency, and lifetime value
  • Define KPIs and build dashboards to monitor funnel health and member behavior
  • Lead cross-functional execution of initiatives and ensure alignment across stakeholders
  • Drive a culture of testing and continuous optimization across the funnel
Qualifications
  • 6–10+ years in eCommerce, growth, marketing, or product roles
  • Strong understanding of digital funnels, conversion optimization, and retention strategies
