Job description

TRULY FREE HOME
Position: Funnel Builder & CRO Specialist
Type: Full-Time or Contract | Remote
Salary: 100,000 - 130,000
Reports to: Head of Growth / DTC
Portfolio: Required
ABOUT THE ROLE
Truly Free Home makes non-toxic, sustainable home and laundry products that actually work. We sell direct-to-consumer and are obsessed with doing it well -- which means we're obsessed with funnels.
We're looking for a hands-on funnel builder who lives at the intersection of strategy, copy architecture, and execution. You'll own the full lifecycle -- from offer concept to pixel-perfect page -- and be expected to optimize relentlessly once live.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
  • Develop funnel concepts and offer structures for cold traffic, upsells, cross-sells, and winback campaigns
  • Design wireframes and high-fidelity page layouts optimized for direct response conversion principles
  • Build pages end-to-end in Builder.io, including integrations with our ecommerce stack
  • Create and manage A/B and multivariate tests -- form hypotheses, set up experiments, analyze results
  • Own conversion rate optimization across the full purchase funnel, from landing page through post-purchase
  • Collaborate with copywriters, media buyers, and brand to ensure message-to-market match at every step
  • Monitor funnel performance daily and proactively identify drop-off points, friction, and opportunity
  • Build and maintain a structured testing roadmap prioritized by revenue impact

YOU MUST HAVE
  • Proven experience building high-converting direct response funnels -- VSLs, advertorials, challenge funnels, subscription flows
  • Deep familiarity with Builder.io -- you can build fast, clean, and responsive without a developer
  • Strong grasp of ecommerce product page psychology -- hero, proof, objection handling, urgency, offer clarity
  • Hands-on CRO experience: hypothesis creation, test setup, statistical analysis, and iteration
  • Understanding of traffic temperature and how it should shape funnel structure and offer framing
  • Ability to audit an existing funnel and produce a prioritized list of revenue-moving changes
  • Comfort with analytics platforms (GA4, Triple Whale, or equivalent) to read funnel data independently

BONUS POINTS
  • Experience in the natural / non-toxic CPG space or household product verticals
  • Familiarity with subscription and LTV-focused funnel models (free + shipping, trial, subscribe & save)
  • Working knowledge of Klaviyo flows as they relate to post-purchase funnel sequencing
  • Basic HTML/CSS ability to troubleshoot or fine-tune Builder.io builds
