Job description

This is a Sr. Principal Applied Scientist role within the Advertising Full Funnel Agentic Intelligence and Models team, designed to drive foundational model innovation for Amazon Ads. The team is building next-generation agentic AI systems for advertising.

This hire will serve as a key technical leader bringing rare low-level model development expertise to Amazon Ads. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role requiring deep expertise in multimodal foundation models, model architectures, and training methodologies at scale.
