Location: Milan or Barcelona

ADP is looking for a Director of Product Management to lead our product business across Southern Europe. This is a critical leadership role at the intersection of global platform strategy and local market execution, with accountability for driving growth, adoption, and client value across Spain, Portugal, and Italy.
You will operate as the regional product leader, owning product-market fit and business outcomes in your markets while shaping and influencing ADP's global HCM platform. This role requires strong product judgment, commercial acumen, and the ability to lead in a complex, matrixed, multinational environment.

What you'll do
Own business outcomes
o Drive product-market fit, growth, and profitability across Southern Europe
o Share accountability with regional leadership for revenue, adoption, client retention, and NPS
o Act as the voice of the market, ensuring product investments translate into measurable business impact

Lead product strategy in a global platform model
o Own the regional product strategy and roadmap, aligned with ADP's global platform direction
o Drive two-way influence, embedding regional needs into global roadmaps while scaling global capabilities locally
o Make trade-offs between standardization and localization, balancing platform consistency with market competitiveness

Drive AI-enabled product innovation
o Lead the development of AI-powered product experiences, embedding automation and intelligence into core HR and payroll workflows
o Partner with Engineering, AI, and UX to productize agentic capabilities at scale
o Ensure solutions meet enterprise standards for security, compliance, and data governance

Build and lead a high-performing product organization
o Lead, coach, and develop a team of Product Managers across the region
o Establish strong product management practices, including discovery, prioritization, and outcome measurement
o Build a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement
Deliver at scale
o Own end-to-end delivery outcomes, from discovery through launch and market adoption
o Ensure execution excellence, balancing speed, quality, and scalability
o Drive alignment across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Client Success
Act as an executive product partner
o Engage directly with enterprise clients, partners, and senior stakeholders
o Shape demand and validate strategy through deep customer insight
o Represent the region in global product forums and leadership discussions

To succeed in this role
Proven experience owning regional or multi-market product portfolios with measurable business impact
Strong track record of delivering growth, adoption, and customer value in enterprise environments
Experience operating in a global product organization with local market adaptations
Deep understanding of complex, regulated domains (HR tech, payroll, or adjacent industries preferred)
Demonstrated ability to lead through influence in matrixed organizations
Strong commercial acumen and executive stakeholder management skills
Experience driving or contributing to AI-enabled product innovation is a strong advantage
Fluent in English; advanced in Italian and/or Spanish
