Job description


Project Manager - Web Localization
We are seeking a highly motivated, agile and detail oriented Web Localization / Project Manager to join our web team. In this role, you will coordinate and manage web projects for both our English and regional websites. You will work closely with a variety of team members, including but not limited to web producers, product marketing and campaign manager stakeholders, external translation vendors and reviewers to ensure projects stay on track from initiation through successful delivery.
Responsibilities:
  • Assist in planning, tracking, and managing web project timelines and deliverables.
  • Review intake tickets to ensure correct information is provided to properly execute web requests
  • Coordinate and oversee web translation and localization projects across multiple languages and regions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external translation vendors to clearly scope, schedule, and deliver localization tasks on time.
  • Support the Senior Project Manager by managing web ticketing processes, tracking tasks, and proactively communicating project risks or delays.
  • Perform quality assurance reviews on web pages to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand standards.
  • Document processes, maintain best practices, and identify opportunities to improve workflows and efficiency.
Qualifications:
  • 3–5 years of experience in project coordination, website management, localization, or similar web/digital roles (preferred).
  • Experience managing multilingual websites and/or coordinating content translation projects is strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms (such as AEM, WordPress, or similar).
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, or similar).
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A collaborative and proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to pivot quickly as needed.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS a plus
  • Experience coordinating website localization or translation projects a plus.
  • Awareness of digital marketing fundamentals a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional, international teams a plus.
Compensation: $40 - $50 per hour
