Job description

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnered with a growing company in Scottsdale, AZ that is looking to add a full-time Recruiter to the team. This is a Monday through Friday in-office position. Pay range depending on experience $30.00-$34.00 per hour. The Recruiter supports the full-cycle recruitment functions by facilitating the hiring process across all internal departments.
Job Duties:
  • Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels.
  • Manage job postings across internal and external platforms, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Maintain applicant tracking systems and ensure data integrity throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Communicate with candidates regarding interview logistics, application status, and next steps.
  • Communicates with hiring managers on job description, soft skills, hiring dates, and job requirement details.
  • Support background check processes, reference checks, and onboarding documentation.
  • Assist in organizing recruiting events, job fairs, and campus outreach initiatives.
  • Collaborate with recruiters and HR team members to improve hiring workflows and candidate experience.
  • Generate recruitment reports and metrics as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications:
  • Associates Degree is required. Bachelors Degree is preferred.
  • 2+ years of recent experience in a full-cycle high-volume recruiting support role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and experience with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday, iCIMS, Greenhouse).
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Experience supporting human resources.
