Junior Recruiter position in Riverside, California. We are hiring for a full-time recruiter position in our Riverside office. This is a permanent position with an extensive salary and benefits package.

We are a small, growing company and are constantly trying to improve our process and deliverable. Responsibilities: Ensure client satisfaction in every phase of recruiting. Present the very best candidates that fit our client's needs.

Post jobs, email, searching for and qualifying candidates, and making prescreening calls. Understanding of job requirements. Also, have the ability to thrive in a growing, quickly changing, fast-paced working environment.

Requirements: Local Stable work history. Strong analytical and research skills. 2+ years of experience in recruiting.

Software knowledge in Microsoft Office, among other CRM preferred.
