Positive Leaps is seeking a Part-Time Office Assistant to support our West Chester office. This position is ideal for someone looking for part-time hours, including students or individuals seeking supplemental or summer employment opportunities.
Location: Positive Leaps - West Chester, OH
Schedule: Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 12:00 PM - 5:30 PM, with flexibility for occasional schedule adjustments as needed to support agency operations
Pay Rate: $18/hour
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Provide professional and welcoming administrative support
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls and manage office communications
  • Maintain and organize electronic and paper files and records
  • Assist with scheduling, forms, mailings, and general office tasks
  • Maintain confidentiality of client and business information
  • Inventory and organize office supplies and maintain a clean workspace
  • Communicate effectively with staff, clients, and stakeholders
  • Support additional administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications:
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs including Word, Outlook, and Excel is required
  • Experience in front office or administrative support preferred
  • Experience working with child and family populations preferred
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail

Additional Information:
This position is located within a children's mental health facility and may involve exposure to loud or emotionally heightened environments. Candidates should be comfortable working in an active and dynamic setting.
