Front Office Assistant

We believe that excellence starts at the front desk โ€” and we're looking for someone who shares that belief.

We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Office Assistant to be the face of our Raleigh office. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support, greet and assist visitors, manage phone calls, and maintain a welcoming and efficient front office environment.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist clients, visitors, and staff in a professional manner
  • Answer and route incoming phone calls promptly and courteously
  • Maintain front office cleanliness, organization, and supply inventory
  • Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Assist with document preparation, data entry, and filing
  • Support administrative staff with routine office tasks
