Job description

Front Desk Receptionist
We are looking for an outgoing, positive, and friendly individual to join our team as a Front Desk Receptionist. The ideal candidate enjoys welcoming visitors and providing excellent customer service through positive and professional interactions.
Required Schedule:
  • Tuesdays: 4:00pm - 9:00pm
  • Every other Friday: 2:30pm - 9:00pm

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Greet guests warmly and professionally, ensuring each visitor feels welcome.
  • Answer and direct incoming calls with a positive and helpful attitude.
  • Assist and interact with Residents with compassion, patience and respect.
  • Sort and deliver incoming mail.
  • Keep the reception area neat, clean and organized at all times.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer service or front desk role.
  • 5+ years of experience using computers.

Job Requirements:
  • Availability to work required schedule above.
  • Professional demeanor and appearance.
  • Ability to remain calm and friendly in a busy environment.
  • Reliable, punctual and able to work independently.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
