To thrive as a Fractional Operations Manager, you need strong organizational leadership, process optimization expertise, and a background in business management, often supported by a relevant degree or equivalent experience. Familiarity with project management tools like Asana or Trello, CRM systems, and operational analytics platforms is typically required.
