Summary of Role

Responsible for the functional administration, stability, and continuous improvement of the OneStream platform at GF. This role operates in a hands-on capacity as the in-house OneStream administrator, partnering with Finance, Operations, IT, and as necessary, external implementation resources to maintain, enhance, and scale OneStream platform.

Essential Responsibilities

Platform Business Design

  • Own business administration of platform of GF's OneStream, including design, business rules, cube architecture, dimensionality, workflow design, security model, performance considerations, integration patterns with IT, including development, test, and production environments.
  • Business configuration and setup: responsible for implementation and management of scenarios (Actual, Forecast, etc.) and application components: metadata, workflows, forms, templates and data management processes.

Business requirement management

  • Develop or update business rules based on business requirements, and manage promotion, release readiness, regression planning, deployment coordination, and post-release validation for business changes across the platform.
  • Maintain OS finance administration guidelines and functional / technical documentation.

Business Collaboration & Governance

  • Provide end-user support by troubleshooting issues, researching root causes, and delivering solutions.
  • Partner with Accounting and Finance teams to support reporting needs and ongoing business improvements.
  • Apply OneStream best practices and continuously improve OS support processes.
  • Develop and maintain training materials and content, including instructor-led and self-directed options.

Controls & Compliance

  • Support SOX and internal control activities related to system access, data integrity, and reporting processes, including security reviews and audit requests.
  • Configure and maintain role-based security, access provisioning, segregation of duties, audit support, and controlled change management practices in alignment with finance and IT governance requirements and procedures.

Other Responsibilities

  • Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.
Required Qualifications
  • Education - bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.
  • Previous experience in accounting for a multi-national corporation is a must.
  • 5+ years of hands-on OneStream administration and development experience, including multiple implementation, enhancement, or support cycles in enterprise environments.
  • Strong experience designing OneStream including dimensional design, cube architecture, workflow orchestration, security model, dashboard/form strategy, and performance optimization.
  • Strong understanding of financial and operational planning processes within OneStream, including consolidation, close, forecasting.
  • Deep functional and technical capability in OneStream business rules, member formulas, data management, cube views, dashboards, forms, extensibility, and application troubleshooting.
  • Experience with release management, environment promotion, regression testing, and production support across development, test, and production environments.
  • Strong understanding of data integration architecture, including source-to-target mapping, transformation rules, data quality controls, and interfaces between OneStream and ERP, ODS, data warehouse, and operational planning sources.
  • Working knowledge of SQL, relational data structures, flat-file and API-based integrations, and technical troubleshooting for scheduled and workflow-driven data loads.
  • Experience working with external implementation partners or consultants.
  • Demonstrated Agile/Scrum experience, including backlog management, sprint participation, documentation review, prioritization of enhancement requests, and coordination of technical deliverables.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder partnership, and presentation skills across Finance, Operations, IT, and executive leadership.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with integrating M&A is preferred.
  • Intelligent Automation including genAI and ML experience.
  • Ability to innovate and execute solutions that matter; ability to navigate ambiguity.
  • Experience in Lean Six Sigma and Continuous Improvement is a plus.
  • OneStream certification in architecture, administration, implementation, or development is strongly preferred; equivalent demonstrated experience designing and supporting enterprise-scale OneStream solutions is highly valued.
