Job description

Behavioral Health HR Manager
A Great Opportunity / Full-Time / $60,000 per year
At ViaQuest, our Circle of Care model ensures the people we serve remain active participants in their own care through compassionate, innovative, and person-centered services. ViaQuest provides specialized support through Psychiatric & Behavioral Solutions, Day & Employment Services, and Residential Services.
This position will exclusively support the Psychiatric & Behavioral Solutions division, partnering with operational leaders and employees to deliver day-to-day human resources support in a fast-paced behavioral health environment.
Responsibilities may include:
  • Oversee all HR operations throughout assigned location(s).
  • Lead HR training portion of new employee orientation and assist new employees with onboarding.
  • Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans per company policy.
  • Provide support to operational teams throughout assigned location(s) to ensure all HR policies and procedures are being followed.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including equal employment opportunity and labor laws.
  • Serve as first point of contact for current employees for any HR related inquiries.
  • Prepare HR reports, metrics, and documentation as requested.
  • Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed.

Requirements for this position include:
  • Proven work experience as a HR Manager or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR functions including employee relations, performance management, and training and development.
  • Attention to detail and excellent time management and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and decision-making skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
