  • Assist with Corporate Sales efforts.
  • Assist with UTRGV corporate partners as assigned.
  • Assist with updating and maintaining athletics corporate inventory.
  • Assist with updating and maintaining athletics sponsorship contracts.
  • Assist with game day responsibilities
  • Adhere to NCAA, conference, departmental, and university policies, procedures, and expectations.
  • Assists with the planning, organizing, and managing the day-to-day operations of the UTRGV Athletic Ticket Office.
  • Assist with event-related ticket operations including supervision of ticket sellers, Will-Call distribution, player guest/HS recruit admissions, and general game day ticket operations.
  • Assists with seeking prospective new leads for season ticket and group sales opportunities through phone, e-mail, social media and face-to-face appointments and data mining.
  • Assist in processing orders and payments for tickets including management and editing of data, allocating, printing, and mailing of tickets.
  • Assist in the organization, setup and breakdown of all venue, field and game day structures and layouts. Set up equipment includes, but is not limited to, tents, sponsorship banners, flags, tables, chairs, bleachers.
  • Supervises, trains and schedules part-time and student workers.
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift objects as needed
  • Assist with identifying and researching potential donors
  • Assist with game day operations in premium seating areas.
  • Assist with donor events, including set up, execution, and breakdown.
  • Support the fulfillment of donor benefits.
  • Assist with preparation of materials for donor meetings, proposals, and presentations.
  • Provide general support to development staff as needed.
Discipline Specific Required Qualifications • Currently enrolled and in good standing in a graduate degree program at UTRGV. • Strong communication skills (both oral and in writing). • Attention to detail.
