Job Description Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused Export Analyst to support accurate order processing and customer delivery. This role focuses on customer communication, shipment coordination, and export documentation preparation while working closely with internal teams and freight forwarders. The ideal candidate is organized, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of email communication
This position is located in our global corporate headquarters in Huntsville, Alabama, and will report to the Export Manager.
Job Description:
  • Monitor orders from beginning to end
  • Maintain regular email communication with customers, freight forwarders and internal teams.
  • Prepare and process export documentation accurately and on time
  • Monitor shipment status and communicate updates.
  • Work with freight forwarders to support shipments
  • Coordinate with hatcheries and planning teams to confirm orders and product availability.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and recordkeeping
  • Responsible for resolving shipment or documentation issues.
  • Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers
  • Support compliance with company policies and international requirements

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred,
  • Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detailed and team-oriented
  • Customer service or administrative experience preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Team-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Basic problem-solving and follow-up skills
  • Experience with international logistics or export documentation is a plus, but not required
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Able to work independently
  • Foreign language preferred
