Job description

ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Springfield, Missouri.

RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Opportunity:

RN - Tele

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• 36 or 48 guaranteed hours per week (must be specified on submission)
• 13-week assignment length
• Weekend hours as required by facility
• No call requirements
• Float on rotational basis throughout facility
• 24-bed Med Tele unit with patient ratios of 1:6-1:7 on nights
• Required: Current RN license eligible for Missouri, BLS from AHA, NIHSS certification
• Must have 1 year telemetry experience (inpatient only)
• Experience and competence in drug titration required
• Work with telemetry equipment, lift equipment, IV pumps, and tube feeding pumps
• EMR system: EPIC
• Dress code: Black scrubs only
• Care for medical, med tele, and observation patients
• Flu vaccination or approved exemption required November 1 - April 1
• Night shift orientation occurs on day shift with full week availability required
