Collaborating with the Operations Manager, Operations Peers, and the Production Planning, Plant Engineering, and Manufacturing Teams to understand strategy and execute improvement efforts. Willingness to be available and at times on-call to support 24/7 continuous operations. Position will be off shift, afternoon or night shift depending on preference Your Skills and Expertise High School diploma/GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start) and a minimum of seven (7) years of supervisory experience in a private, public, government or military environment Bachelor's degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution and a minimum of four (4) years of supervisory experience in a private, public, government or military environment Demonstrated track record of delivering results in a cross-functional environment Experience and certification with Lean Six Sigma/Lean Manufacturing methodologies. Experience in operational excellence, lean implementation, and financial accounting.
