Job description

Haveheart Therapy & Wellness Practice is seeking a fully, licensed therapist with a strong interest in trauma therapy and innovative care models.. This is a contractor role with competitive session pay ($62-$105/hr) and the opportunity to grow into a full-time position as your caseload expands.

At Haveheart Therapy & Wellness Practice, we prioritize the neurodiverse and queer communities. Whether online or in person, our mission is to deliver therapy that feels safe, flexible, and affirming to our clients.

Therapists can see clients remotely and/or use our company-provided office space for in-person sessions at no cost to the clinician. We assist with some marketing for you, training you on our utilized systems, and help connect you with clients who are the best fit for your expertise.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver therapy services to clients, incorporating trauma therapy and other appropriate modalities.
  • Provide both virtual sessions using our chosen platform and optional in-person sessions.
  • Conduct clinical assessments, treatment planning, and individualized therapy.
  • Offer counseling for individuals, families, and groups as needed.
  • Use evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address behavioral health needs.
  • Collaborate with community partners as requested and needed.
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation.
  • Follow ethical guidelines and HIPAA standards.

Qualifications

  • Masterโ€™s degree or higher in behavioral sciences or related fields.
  • Active clinical licensure: LPC, LMFT, CPCS, LMHC, or LCSW.
  • Direct experience working with children, adolescents, and families.
  • Sign-on bonus for certification in EMDR
  • Strong communication skills and professional boundaries.
  • Proficiency with video platforms (Google Meet, Zoom, Teams, etc) and EHRs (e.g., Sessions Health).

Compensation & Benefits

  • $62โ€“$105 per session (hourly equivalent).
