We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Executive Administrative Assistant to support our executive leadership team and contribute to the success of our growing global organization.

Position Summary

The Executive Administrative Assistant provides high-level administrative and operational support to company executives. Responsibilities include calendar management, travel coordination, meeting preparation, project support, executive communications, and handling confidential information. This role may also provide Mandarin-English translation and interpretation as business needs require.

Domestic and international travel with executives is required. Additional travel, event support, and administrative assistance may be required to support Snail Games USA business operations, company initiatives, meetings, and special projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Mandarin-English translation and interpretation.

  • Coordinate with internal teams, partners,vendors, etc

  • Provide high-level administrative support to company executives.

  • Manage executive calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements.

  • Travel with executives as needed to support meetings, business operations, and company events.

  • Support executive and company events, business meetings, and special projects.

  • Prepare presentations, reports, correspondence, and meeting materials.

  • Maintain confidential records and communications.

  • Assist with administrative and operational projects across the organization.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.

  • Three or more years of executive or administrative support experience.

  • Professional fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese
