Job description

Amazon MGM Studios seeks a Creative Assistant to support two Senior Development Executives at Original Movies in a role that combines high-level administrative duties with creative development opportunities. The ideal candidate will serve as a crucial liaison between executives, creative teams, and industry partners with potential opportunity to assess creative materials.
This position requires exceptional organizational abilities, strong communication skills, and a passionate knowledge of film and entertainment.

Prioritizing the administrative duties and being a forward thinker is key. Working in a fast-paced environment, the successful candidate will manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, process documentation, and provide thoughtful creative feedback while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality. In success of the administrative duties, the role offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience in film development and production while supporting the creation of original content at one of the entertainment industry's most innovative studios.
Provide comprehensive administrative support to two busy Senior Executives, including calendar management, meeting coordination, rolling calls and travel arrangements with detailed itineraries
Manage and maintain efficient communication channels between internal teams, external partners, and talent representatives
Process expense reports and handle other financial documentation with precision and timeliness
Coordinate with various Amazon MGM departments including development, production, legal, and marketing teams for meetings and internal syncs
Organize and prepare materials for internal and external meetings
Track ongoing projects and maintain updated status reports on current developments
Handle sensitive and confidential information with absolute discretion
Support special projects and initiatives as needed, particularly those involving administrative coordination and creative development
