We are seeking a creative and experienced Multimedia Learning Designer to create engaging visual, video, audio, and digital content that supports learning, employee development, onboarding, and organizational communication.

This role is ideal for a multimedia professional who combines creative storytelling, video production, graphic design, animation, and digital learning to create compelling experiences that improve learner engagement and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce and edit high-quality video content for training, onboarding, leadership communications, and organizational initiatives.
  • Create graphics, animations, motion graphics, and visual learning assets.
  • Plan, coordinate, film, and edit instructional, informational, and training videos.
  • Collaborate with leaders, subject matter experts, and employees during video production.
  • Incorporate motion graphics, audio, captions, and visual effects to enhance learning experiences.
  • Create executive communications, onboarding videos, operational training content, and success stories.
  • Develop video demonstrations, tutorials, simulations, and performance support resources.
  • Partner with Instructional Designers to incorporate multimedia into eLearning and blended learning programs.
  • Maintain brand standards across visual and digital content.
  • Manage digital media libraries, production assets, and multimedia workflows.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business and learning objectives into effective visual storytelling.
  • Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
  • Stay current with multimedia, digital learning, and video production technologies.

Qualifications:

  • 35 years of experience in multimedia development, video production, digital media, graphic design, or a related field.
  • Experience producing instructional, training, communication, or marketing content.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Audition, or similar tools.
  • Experience with Camtasia or other video/eLearning production platforms is a plus.
  • Experience creating video, animation, motion graphics, and visual learning assets.
  • Strong understanding of visual storytelling and multimedia design principles.
  • Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
  • Experience supporting Learning & Development, corporate communications, or organizational development is preferred.
