Job description:

Responsible for providing confidential administrative support to the President/CEO and other members of Executive Management. Performs clerical and administrative tasks including drafting letters, memos, invoices, reports, and other documents for Executive staff. Acts as Board of Directors liaison and coordinates all aspects related to the Board of Directors and Committee meetings. Maintain and keep current the Credit Union official polices, procedures and Board minutes and actions. Performs office tasks including maintaining records, ordering supplies, and performing basic administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

Experience supporting Executive Management and Board of Directors.

Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Confidentiality required.

Required knowledge:

Proficient typing skills

Excellent organizational and editing skills.

Solid analytical, creative, and problem-solving abilities.

Project management skills and well organized.

Able to work well independently.
