Academic-artists Reaching Towards Success (A.R.T.S) Foundation Inc is seeking an executive assistant to support the CEO in the development & execution of our After school Program.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with Creative Executive Officer to manage the following:

social media, graphics, website, grants, partnership conversations, invoices, subscriptions, recruitment, fundraising, onboarding, payroll and hiring processes

  • Willingness to have fun, be flexible, be creative, be transparent and see tasks to completion

Requirements:

  • Must be available for 15-20 hours a week
  • Must have access to reliable Technology including: laptop, mouse, keyboard, multiple screens
  • Must have a positive attitude/growth mindset (willing to reflect, improve, and be coached)
  • Needs strong interpersonal communication skills (interacting with professionals, peers,

families, and middle school students)

  • Preferred to have strong problem-solving skills to improve services
  • Preferred to have prior experience working with kids in a structured setting (academic,

sports, arts, other)
