Executive Assistant

Santa Monica | Full-Time | Creative Agency | $80,000-85,000 + Benefits


A fast-paced, award-winning creative agency in the Santa Monica area is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to its executive leadership team. The ideal candidate has a proven track record supporting C-suite executives in a dynamic, client-focused environment and excels at managing competing priorities with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative and operational support to leadership team.
  • Manage complex executive calendars, coordinate internal and external meetings, and anticipate scheduling needs.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, reports, and other executive materials.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, expense reporting, and detailed itineraries.
  • Serve as a liaison between executives, clients, partners, and internal teams while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality.
  • Track strategic initiatives, follow up on action items, and help ensure executive priorities are executed efficiently.
  • Support agency events, leadership meetings, off-sites, and special projects.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 3–5+ years of experience supporting C-suite executives (CEO, COO, President, Founder, or equivalent) as an Executive Assistant.
  • Experience in a creative agency, advertising, marketing, entertainment, media, or other fast-paced professional services environment strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple executive calendars and shifting priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
