Michael Zenreich Architect PC is looking for a sharp, organized, and proactive Executive Assistant to support our leadership team in the heart of New York City. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with a dynamic architectural firm and play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly. Responsibilities:
  • Prepare proposals for new work
  • Review submissions from Co-ops and Condos for Alterations 
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of leadership
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and other professional documents
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Organize and maintain filing systems, databases, and office records
  • Assist with client relations, vendor coordination, and office management duties
Requirements:
  • Background is art, architecture, or construction 
  • 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a senior administrative support role
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced professional environment
  • Experience in an architecture, design, or creative firm is a plus
