Job description

Executive Assistant

At Adobe, the Executive Assistant (EA) role offers an outstanding chance to support the Vice President of our Global Marketing Organization (GMO). The VP leads a distributed team that coordinates world-class marketing campaign strategies. As part of GMO, you will help unify messaging, channels, and execution across diverse audience groups and regions. This role is pivotal in simplifying collaboration and delivering flawless end-to-end audience experiences.

This role involves close cooperation with executive clients, partners, senior management, and various departments including GMO, Product, Engineering, Legal, and Sales. Success depends on demonstrating experience in dynamic environments, careful attention to detail, and the skill to create solid connections internally and externally.

What you'll do:

  • Coordinate sophisticated VP calendar management.
  • Be responsive to key partners, even outside normal business hours.
  • Represent Adobe and the VP in a brand-building light with thoughtful and timely follow-through.
  • Ensure VP has briefing materials and context in advance of meetings.
  • Arrange travel and accommodation, prepare expense reports, and coordinate team offsites and customer visits.
  • Manage vendors, purchase orders, and team events.
  • Liaise with various internal groups including exec comms/PR, event coordinators, research/engineering, product, sales, legal, and strategy & ops.
  • Prepare administrative and operational presentations, agendas, and reports.
  • Participate in or lead special projects.
