Job Duties and Responsibilities

Candidates must be willing to participate in at least one in-person interview.

This role delivers strategic decision support for the DISH and Sling Video Services organization by solving complex financial modeling and forecasting challenges. The position evaluates subscriber profitability, models pricing and offer structures, and optimizes resource allocation across cross-functional business units. Key focus areas include streamlining budgeting cycles, delivering data-driven insights to leadership, and leveraging modern analytical toolsets to enhance long-range planning accuracy.

What Success Looks Like (Objectives)

  • Develop and maintain detailed financial models to forecast revenue, expenses, and key subscriber metrics in support of long-range organizational planning and departmental OKRs

  • Coordinate the annual budget cycle with business unit leaders to align operational expenditure with overarching corporate profitability targets

  • Deliver monthly and quarterly KPI scorecards, variance analyses, and strategic presentations to guide day-to-day decision-making for senior leadership and the Board of Directors

  • Partner with Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to evaluate subscriber-facing offer profitability and generate data-driven recommendations that maximize lifetime subscriber value

  • Leverage AI applications and predictive analytics tools to automate reporting workflows, identify trend anomalies, and elevate scenario modeling speed and precision

Skills, Experience and Requirements

  • Critical experience in corporate finance, complex financial modeling, and cross-functional budget management within high-throughput business environments

  • Advanced proficiency in spreadsheet modeling, quantitative data analysis, and enterprise reporting platforms
