Job Description:

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting fora(n)Executive Assistant for DePuy Synthes.

The Executive Assistant provides highlevel administrative and operational support the Chief People Officer at DePuy Synthes. This role is critical to enabling effective daytoday operations by managing complex schedules, communications, and coordination activities. The position offers broad exposure to leadership decisionmaking, crossfunctional collaboration, and organizational initiatives within a global, fastpaced environment, making it a highly visible and impactful role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior leaders, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.

  • Prepare, edit, and manage presentations, reports, correspondence, and other business documents.

  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, includinglogistics, agendas, and followup actions.

  • Serve as a key point of contact for leaders, managingcommunicationsand prioritizing requests.

  • Support planning and execution of leadership meetings, events, and offsites.

  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

  • Assistwith expense reporting, procurement requests, and other administrative processes.

  • Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and support operational efficiency.

Where required to be managed locally:

  • Document handling: Print, stamp/seal, mail/ship, distribute, and route documents for wet signatures.

  • Records management: Store/archive/retrieve HR documents; fulfill requests; coordinate offsite storage; scan and name for Veeva.

  • Compliance/admin: Upload/submitfilings; print and hand-deliver to agencies; support audits and onsite audit coordination.

Where required to be managed locally:

Qualifications

Education:

  • Proven ability to manage complex calendars, schedules, and competing priorities.

  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and followthrough.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiencywith Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and sound judgment.

Preferred:

  • Experience supporting executives in a global or matrixed organization.

  • Familiarity with coordinating across multiple time zones.

  • Experience supporting leadership events, town halls, or offsite meetings.
