We are seeking a Global Segment Integrated Operations Finance Leader to join our team. This role is responsible for Crop Protection Segment Oversight of Cost of Revenue and Inventory. This is the Primary Finance contact for Segment IO Leaders providing financial leadership to support 10-year supply strategy for the global segment. Provides financial guidance to support global planning, driving competitive costs and aligning with CPBU and Segment strategies. Will attend Segment Supply Review as Finance Lead.
What You'll Do:
  • Accountable for Cost Bucket of PVC, IME(Volume) + Inventory and present in Monthly Segment IR.
  • Provide Financial support and evaluation of AI Supply Agreement Projects including Contract Support & White Papers.
  • Provide Financial support and evaluation of Asset Exit Projects & Restructuring Projects including Contract Support & White Papers aligned with Manufacturing Finance Leader.
  • Provide Financial support and evaluation of F&P Projects including Contract Support & White Papers.
  • Financial Lead for MYP for Segment COR and Inventory assumptions.

Key Interactions:
  • Segment IO Leaders - key finance contact.
  • Global Strategic Sourcing & Supplier Management Team - key liaison providing contract support. Alignment with Procurement Finance Leader.
  • Manufacturing Leaders including Global Manufacturing, External Synthesis and F&P Strategy - key liaison providing evaluation of project strategies. Alignment with Manufacturing Finance Leader.
  • Partnership with Segment Strategy Finance Leader to provide financial guidance to Segment.
  • Partnership and guidance to IO Finance Analysts.

What Skills You Need:
  • Experienced Finance professional with 10+ years of experience in Corporate and Business-level finance roles.
  • Bachelor's degree. Accounting or Finance degree preferred.
  • Advanced knowledge of accounting and reporting requirements with cost
  • Experience successfully influencing and consulting with internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to think strategically and work across teams/functions.
  • Results driven; ability to successfully execute and manage through ambiguity.
  • Effective collaborator, facilitating conversations to bring alignment and confront tough issues.
  • Ability to successfully navigate challenging opportunities to meet objectives and deadlines; solves complex problems through critical thinking.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to quickly adapt to changing needs.
  • Fiduciary mindset; strong respect to ethics and compliance.
  • Experience in instilling trust through authenticity and integrity.
